Arsene Wenger Questions Man United’s Decision to re-sign Ronaldo
Legendary football manager and FIFA Sports Development director Arsene Wenger has questioned Manchester United’s decision to re-sign Ronaldo after 12 years he left the club.
Wenger has pointed out the big challenge the Red Devils could face now that they have the Portuguese superstar at Old Trafford.
The renowned football manager feels it will prove a big problem for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to “find a balance in the team.”
Ronaldo’s reached a two-year contract with United just at the tail end of the summer transfer window, it came as a surprise and at the same time a piece of delightful news for the club’s fan.

Expectedly, Ronaldo is preparing to make his second debut for Manchester United in their first match after the international break, in the Premier League meeting with Newcastle United next Saturday, September 11.
“This is a love story that you want to see,” said Wenger on BILD Live. “[He was re-signed] for more than just sporting reasons, it’s also emotional.
“I think the decision is not 100% rational.
“Finding a balance in the team is a big challenge. But the players with a lot of experience still score a lot.
“I believe that Sir Alex [Ferguson] played a big role [in helping Man United re-sign Ronaldo].”
