The surprise is that a charity foundation managed to obtain Cristiano Ronaldo’s captain’s armband and the money raised will be put in for surgery for a six-month-old boy with spinal muscular atrophy.

As per the Associated Press, the charity foundation received this valuable armband from a stadium worker. Apparently, he picked it up after Ronaldo threw it and stormed into the tunnel before the full-time whistle.

The foundation stated that the blue armband with the capital letter C in white will be displayed on an online auction for three days. After all, we can say that the Portuguese international’s ill actions have come to fruition.
