Konami’s upcoming PES 2021 season update will feature Cristiano Ronaldo, including Lionel Messi, Marcus Rashford, and Champions League winner Alphonso Davies at the front cover.
The update will see Ronaldo and Messi line up alongside each other for the first time, with Davies and Rashford joining them following their breakthrough campaigns.
Davies became a Champions League winner for the first time on Sunday as he developed into an integral part of the Bayern Munich squad that dominated Europe last campaign. The youngster is already rated as one of the finest left-backs in the world.
On the other hand, Rashford enjoyed a goal-laden season as went from strength to strength at Manchester United over the past year. Hence, Konami’s decision to include Manchester United’s number 10 on the PES 2021 confirms his growing status.
On Tuesday, 15 September, the PES 2021 Season Update will debut on PlayStation4, Xbox One, and PC STREAM.
Meanwhile, current PES 2020 or PES 2020 LITE gamers can even pre-order a Club Edition with a 20% discount available. Although Konami has promised more affordable prices to celebrate its 25th anniversary, even if you’re not a current gamer.
In the PES 2021 Season Update, confirmed club partners include Juventus, Barcelona, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Sao Paulo, Flamengo, and Corinthians.
Interestingly, Euro 2020 is set to feature despite the competition being postponed until next year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The PES 2021 Season Update also includes the Russian Premier League, Belgian Pro League, Danish Superliga, Thai League 1, and Argentinian Superliga.
While the first and second divisions for leagues in Italy, France, and Brazil were also included.
A great update at the right time!
