An Incredible Manchester United XI If Cristiano Ronaldo Returns

Following reports linking Cristiano Ronaldo and former Real Madrid teammate Raphael Varane to Manchester United, here is a possible Manchester United XI for next season.

Florentino Perez recently shut the door for a possible Ronaldo return to Real Madrid and now there are limited options for the Portuguese next season.

However, if Cristiano Ronaldo is to leave Juventus in the summer, his only realistic options could be Paris Saint-Germain or former club Manchester United.

Moroever, Old Trafford could be CR7’s preferred option out of these two clubs above.

Meanwhile, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ronaldo has allegedly told his agent, Jorge Mendes, to find out if a United return is possible. The report also adds that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner is even willing to take a pay cut to help seal a deal.

Although it’s still a rumor so far Transfermarkt has shared an image of how Ronaldo could play under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Also in the Manchester United XI with Ronaldo is his former Real Madrid teammate Raphael Varane, who is reportedly on Solskjaer’s radar.

Frankly speaking, it’s actually a pretty good team!…

In this Manchester United XI, Dean Henderson has replaced David de Gea as the new United no. 1 goalkeeper.

At defense, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw remain Solskjaer’s preferred full-backs, while Varane partners captain Harry Maguire in central defense.

In the midfield, there are no real changes, though, as Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay alongside each other.

While on the attack, Jesse Lingard, who has impressed big time on loan at West Ham recently, and Marcus Rashford start on the flanks, with Cristiano Ronaldo leading the line.
