Juventus New Signing Admits Playing With Cristiano Ronaldo Would Be An Honor

Juventus loanee Weston McKennie admits he will learn and improve a lot by watching Cristiano Ronaldo, and the youngster is looking forward to playing with the superstar.

At the end of August, Juventus announced that they had signed Weston McKennie from Schalke on a season-long loan with an option to make the deal permanent for an initial fee of around €18.5 million.

The transfer made the 22-year old midfielder become the first US international to sign for the Turin giants.

Meanwhile, Weston McKennie joined the Schalke side in 2016 before making his first-team breakthrough in the 2017-18 season. He already has a total of 91 appearances for the German club, rising to stardom in the process.

McKennie became a subject of interest from a host of high-profile European clubs, including Leicester City and Wolves. However, the USMNT star saw the opportunity of becoming Cristiano Ronaldo’s teammate, an interesting one.
