‘We’ve Decided To Keep Cristiano Ronaldo’ – Juventus Confirms Superstar Staying!

Cristiano Ronaldo has been heavily linked with a move back to one of his former clubs in the recent weeks. However, Juventus director Fabio Paratici has revealed the club has decided to keep the Portuguese beyond this season.

The former Real Madrid and Manchester United man’s future became a subject of intense speculations following Juventus’ disappointing Champions League early exit. Ronaldo, meanwhile, has a contract at the Allianz Stadium until June 2022, and it has been suggested the Italian champions are prepared to cash in on their star this summer out of fear of losing him for free next year.

Again, Andrea Pirlo’s future has equally seemed uncertain lately, with the Old Lady’s search for a 10th straight Scudetto success appearing to be going in the wrong direction under the rookie manager.

“We have a project that we started from last season, one game will not change our views or our strategy,” Paratici told Sky Sport Italia after Juventus’ 1-0 defeat to Benevento in Serie A on Sunday.

“This line continues and we are very happy with what we’ve done, so we’ll continue working to improve.”

“This is Juve, we have Cristiano Ronaldo, the best player in the world, and we’re holding on tight.”

Juve fans should now be relaxed following this news!
