Karim Benzema Joins Cristiano Ronaldo In Exclusive Real Madrid Club

Karim Benzema, after his El Clasico heroics, has joined in the list only managed by a handful of Los Blancos stars.

The French forward was on target when Real Madrid beat FC Barcelona at the Alfredo di Stefano Stadium in La Liga on Saturday.

The Real Madrid’s highest goal-scorer this season opened the scoring at the 13th minute, putting the ball into the back of the net with a cheeky backheel on Lucas Vazquez’s cross. German midfielder Toni Kroos then added another at about a quarter of an hour later to seal the 2-1 victory.

Moreover, Karim Benzema’s goal saw him extend his goalscoring run to seven straight La Liga matches – a feat only three Real Madrid players have managed before, in Ruud van Nistelrooy, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Gareth Bale.
