Cristiano Ronaldo Edges Close To Gonzalo Higuain’s Serie A Record
Before the game between Juventus and Napoli on Wednesday started, there was a lot of expectation for what Cristiano Ronaldo and Romelu Lukaku could do. Inter Milan was also taking on Sassuolo at the same. During Inter Milan’s match against Sassuolo, the Belgian forward opened the scoring just minutes before Cristiano did his thing.
The goal for Ronaldo, however, was down to Federico Chiesa’s brilliance as he dribbled past three defenders on the right flank to set up Cristiano at the heart of the box with a clinical cross. Even though Napoli still played competitive football during the start of the game, the Juve players were determined to get the three points.
