Bruno Fernandes Reveals Cristiano Ronaldo’s Important Advice To Him Prior To UTD Move

Bruno Fernandes has revealed Cristiano Ronaldo’s important advice to him before his Old Trafford move. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner offers some useful advice to the midfielder on joining his former club and how to compete at his very best.

Fernandes, 26, followed in the footsteps of Cristiano Ronaldo by signing for the Manchester United site last year from Sporting CP. The playmaker has since managed an impressive performance with 44 goal contributions (27 goals, 17 assists) in just 47 appearances.

In the past, Patrice Evra had revealed that he and Ronaldo had also advised the Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on signing the Portuguese midfielder.

“He gave me some advice. It was important for me.

“I think I would have joined the club, anyway. But when you speak with Cristiano, it’s always better.

“We just spoke about the club, how it’s so big, and how it would be good for me. The opportunity I would have to join such a big club. To have a chance to fight for my trophies. This is the biggest advice he gave to me.

“He said: ‘Just go, enjoy it, you will love the fans, they will love you so just try to enjoy your game and the best of you will come’.”
