Alvaro Morata Optimistic Over Cristiano Ronaldo’s Future At Juventus
Spanish and Juventus forward Alvaro Morata has temporarily poured cold water on all the rumors linking Cristiano Ronaldo with a move away from Juventus in the summer. Morata is at the moment not expecting Cristiano Ronaldo to leave Juventus at the end of the season.
Following a third successive failed attempt at the Champions League title for Juventus, there have been rumors flowing about the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s future.
Many outlets have reported that the Old Lady would cash in on the Portuguese this summer should they receive the right transfer offer.
Moreover, getting Cristiano, who is on a mouthwatering £75 million-a-year contract, off their books would be a huge relief for the Serie A champions especially in this time of financial crisis.

A Real Madrid return has been muted, but Alvaro Morata suggests Ronaldo is unlikely to walk out the Allianz Stadium exit door this summer.
“I don’t think that’s the case,” Morata, who’s on loan at Juve from Atletico Madrid told El Larguero while on international duty with Spain, via AS. “It would have been the same had he joined another club.”
“He’s used to winning Champions League finals. It’s not a Juventus thing. He’s happy in the team.”
