This could be an end to so many speculations and transfers rumors as Cristiano Ronaldo’s agent meet with Juventus over contract extension.

Jorge Mendes – the agent representing the Portugues Forward has reportedly asked for a new contract with the Seria A giants.

Ronaldo has been on the transfer news over the past few months, with rumors suggesting a transfer back to Manchester United, Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain, of course including his youth club Sporting Lisbon.

It is said that ‘it is never news until it is verifiable’; perhaps when they announcement of Ronaldo’s new contract extension till 2023 then we can say that the all-time national team goalscorer will stay a little longer in Turin.

Meanwhile, Mbappe has just one more year to go from his current contract with the Ligue 1 champions, if they fail to agree on a transfer fee with Real Madrid, they may lose him for a free transfer at the end of his contract next year.

“The biggest signing was getting Cristiano Ronaldo because no one was expecting CR7 at a club that has always had great attention to the budget in its DNA,” he told La Gazzetta Dello Sport.

He added: “No one has been able to manage him like [ex-Real Madrid coach] Zidane did. Maybe Juve lacked a certain dialogue.”

As we await the final negotiation to take place between Juve and Ronaldo’s agent, it is worthy to note that Ronaldo receives the highest wages in the club.
