Ballon d’Or Power Rankings: Robert Lewandowski Ousting Others!

Robert Lewandowski has kept the top spot in our current Ballon d’Or Power rankings, ousting the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Although the Ballon d’Or ceremony is a long time away from the current moment as the results of the coming months will have a huge influence on who will get the prize in January 2022.

Last time, the football’s highest individual prize was canceled much to Robert Lewandowski’s chagrin as the Pole was a huge favorite to win it. But with the way things stand, the Polish striker could still win it this way.

As per Tribuna, here is the current standings in the Ballon d’Or power rankings.

1. Robert Lewandowski

The Bayern Munich forward maintains his top form as they are cruising through the league despite occasional stuttering and they continue in the Champions League. The diminutive attacker has registered a goal contribution in all of his 12 league games in 2021 as Barcelona reignite their La Liga title charge with Atletico Madrid shaking. However, the six-time Ballon d’Or winner had to endure the absence of Champions League football at Camp Nou for the rest of the season.
